Tips for the runners:

Here we would like to share some Information to have a Smooth and Successful Run.

Preparation for the run:

  1. Have Light and healthy food on the previous night of the event.
  2. Drink enough Water 4-5 ltrs /per day during entire week prior to the event day to avoid dehydration of your body.
  3. Sleep early so that you can report 45 minutes before the start timing of your event category at Foot ball ground Moti Daman.
  4. Keep a Small water bottle (200ml ) with you filled with water + Glucose, this will act as a reserve for you.
  5. Report 45 minutes before the start timing of your event category at Foot ball ground and put your Bib with Registration Number on the front side of your T shirt.
  6. Include Carb rich food like brown rice,bread,Banana,Breads,Pasta etc in your diet which will work as body fuel during the event.

No one should run without having a warm up.

No one should run if medical conditions do not permit them.

Also Pass on this mail to those who are registered and could not be reached through mail.

Please see the route map for your reference.

  1. Walk and Fun : 5 Kms Foot ball ground Moti Daman to Tin Batti and return to Foot ball ground Moti Daman.
  2. Run 10 Kms : Foot ball ground to Devka Garden and return to Foot ball ground.
  3. Run 21 Kms: Foot ball ground to Wind World India Ltd unit no 2 and return to Foot ball ground Moti Daman.

There will be support at each water point

  1. Water and energy fluids at each water point - 2.5 km, 5 km, 7.5 km and same on the return way
  2. Vehicles contacts at these points
  3. First aid
  4. Ambulance available during the event on the course.

On reaching finishing point, you will get the medal, don't forget to collect your refreshment kit from the event organizers, enjoy the refreshment (exchange your bib for the refreshment kit)
